Academy Science Club enjoys meeting people in the community to assist with computer use. This opportunity promotes and exercises our leadership skills and allows us to work together as a team! Today we are off to the place where people go to find answers – the library. We started by asking the audience about expectations and moved on with a general presentation about using computers for email, downloads and research – Google Scholar and genealogy research filled our hour long presentation. Everyone that came for computer help left happy!
After break we moved on to the real deal – FLL Robot Game Demonstration! This is where Grandpa tells us “the rubber meets the road” and he should know! We are going to be serious competitors at the big tournament next week. Here we come!
